It does depend how you define "dodgy food"? Each of those places have numerous menu choices and many are low fat. The problems are usually caused by people who fail to eat a balanced diet, which is nothing to do specifically with fast food places, you could just as easily make bad diet choices at home.
The common problems would be lack of good red meat so low iron intake, possibily high salt intake, lack of any vegetables and related nutrients and high levels of fat/sugar can also cause digestion problems, low energy and mood swings. Of course these can then lead to depression, which in turn can make people make further poor health choices.

All the diseases have a start (or a pushing-start). As everything in our life goes balanced, if we do something breaking this balance, at the end we all will finish ill: obesity + high cholesterol + diabetes = all kind of diseases (heart diseases, liver diseases, kidney diseases, prostate diseases, etc).

Every single of our body organs will suffer and be damaged (we do not provide them with the balanced elements).

Take care!
