I am not including those who just eat way too much, but the average person.

You know, that is a really good point. I wish I knew the answer; it definitely sounds possible.

I'd never thought about this, and I would like to know if this is true. I suspect that there may be a connection.

Not only is this possible, it is 100 % true. There are many other resulting factors due to this. Let me explain, when we eat animals which were hormonally induced, every induced hormone enters our system. In reality the result is a molecular change which must occur in our body in order to digest, utilize, and deal with these foods. With this type of response from our body, we change the way our body functions, by doing so, different things arise, obesity, cancer, etc....

No. We break down everything we eat and rebuild it into what our bodies need. The hormones and steroids that are given to animals that we end up eating are broken down into their component amino acids, fatty acids, etc. and then we use those molecules to synthesize the hormones, steroids, proteins, fats, etc. that our bodies actually use.
Orignal From: Do you believe that hormones and steroids given to animals we eat contribute to obesity in people?
