How do super obese people go to the bathroom...?

How do super obese people go to the bathroom...?I am watching 600 pound mom and my friend and I were curious on how that fat of a woman could use the restroom or even have a period if she can't even walk to the bathroom? haha I know it's really gross, and weird that we would even think that... oh well.

I've heard stories of ppl in that condition just using the bathroom where they are, and laying in it until somebody comes to clean them up and the mess they made. It sounds to me like and adult baby.

Well my aunt was once. They have an option of actually getting out of bed and walk to the bathroom, or some people have a catheter inserted in them that collects there pee in a little plastic clear bag so they wont have to get out of bed. or they just use the bathroom on there self and wait until a nurse is sent to there house to receive a sponge bath and have themselves cleaned up. And a lot of overweight people still get there period.

My best guess would be she uses a catheter if she is not able to go on her own. And I highly doubt she even has a period. Most women that weight 300 pounds or even 250 pounds can rarely have a period every month.
