Regarding central obesity, if it is related to insulin resistence...?

Regarding central obesity, if it is related to insulin resistence...?is there any way to facilitate weight loss in that particular area? I am a post-menopausal woman.

There are many sites there, many. You should check these out and find exactly what you are looking for. I know some people don't understand that others are over weight because of diabetes and other medications for different things. They think people are just fat because they pig out and eat all the time. I know that isn't true. I saw on the sites they are connected in some way.===
