Whats your bone thickness, take ya thump and middle finger and put around your arm wist.
if they do not touch then your bone is thick, if they touch then you have medium bones, if they over lap then you have small bone structure.

If they do not touch then you a bit chubby, but not much however if you a very muscles girl then you in right weight limit.

if you medium bone structure then you are fat, but not by a lot, unless again you have some serious legs bones and muscle.

small bone, then sorry but you fat unless you one of those extreme buff girls.

but even with small bones and like no muscles you not really that fat, at worst tiny bit over weight.

EDITE= well sorry forgot to say lose about 30 pounds at most if you small bone structure

Uh and sorry for bad english

Excuse Me 4 Being A Good Citizen
Just as Steven B said, it depends on your body frame.

For your 5' 6'' height,
small frame 120-133
medium frame 130-144
large frame 140-159

Your body mass index might be over 25, near 28 which is considered a little overweight.
Though you shouldn't focus on how much you weigh, focus more on staying active and being healthy.
