It depends which format you're using, but in MLA style you would also include the date that *you* accessed the website (the idea being that someone could then track which version of the site you saw). Simply write Accessed: June 16, 2007. after the URL.

Some formats wouldn't have you number the sources, just arrange them alphabetically (but there are so many citation systems I'm not sure which one you're using)
