1.body fat is not just an outside body thing, it grows around your organs as well witch can cause problems in the long run.
2. the extra weight pulling you down can cause your spine to have to support some extra weight, witch will in time compress your spine down, pinching nerves and causing arm,leg,shoulder and neck pain.
3. higher risk of heart disease and usually have blood pressure problems.
