What are the DANGERS of being OBESE and PREGNANT?I mean together

Well since your blood volume increases during pregnancy and your heart has to work twice as hard to pump blood, stress may be put on your heart and you could develop gestational diabetes, but many women who are overweight have healthy pregnancies and healthy babies despite the mother's weight.
