Why isn't excessive body hair viewed as a disease the same as obesity (Please read the description below)?

Why isn't excessive body hair viewed as a disease the same as obesity (Please read the description below)?Ok Im 20 years old and Im a really hairy guy. Ive been that way since i was about 12 years old. Since then ive suffered from depression, anxiety issues, self-loathing and ive even contemplated suicide in my more darker moments. The only thing that has really prevented me from killing myself is my faith in God, which I have to admit I'm becoming increasingly cynical about. Naturally ive never had a girlfriend and to be honest Im past the point of caring. I constantly feel a real sense of injustice and resentment about the situation I'm in. I never go out with my friends (whats left of them anyway), never go swimming or anything really. Ive tried waxing but that doesn't work on me because ive got super sensitive skin and I get really bad rashes/blisters that last until the hair grows back anyway. Shavings only temporary obviously, so really I'm only left with one option which brings me to my point. Now clearly being hairy has had a detremental effect on my life. It's not something I asked for and with the youth culture being as it is today I'm viewed as a disgusting hairy beast and I have no choice but to live in isolation to avoid embarrassment. So why is it that I have to pay a ridiculous sum of money (i.e. for laser treatment) which doesn't have guarenteed results, while fat people who have essentially f**ked up their own lives get free treatment on the NHS?

Btw please dont comment if all your gonna say is 'beauty is on the inside' or some bulls**t like that. Everyone knows the only people that say that are the ones that already have it on the outside. This question is addressing those in similar or who have experienced similar circumstances to mine, thankyou.

Think of it this way: fat people have health issues on top of whatever emotional issues they may have. Hairy people don't. Be glad that you are not hairy and fat.

I have a ton of chest and back hair, but given your question, it's not to the same extent. I use depilatory cream on my back.

Here in the US no medical treatment is free, really...except for the hardcore disabled or extremely poor.

I'm not sure what to tell you, that does suck. Is there no other treatment besides laser? Could you get a loan for it?

You are just self-conscious. Depending on your age, those things can be actually common. Except for suicide. You may need therapy (No, im not suggesting it) Hair is normal, and really, you dont need it taken away. I am also, pretty dang hairy. You are just afraid of what others might think of you. Well, you don't need to be! A lot of people find it "manly" or "attractive" To be on the more hairy side. (I have no idea why, but get a nice tan, looks better) You dont need to get rid of any of it. Yes, facial hair will need trimmed, and yes, it is very temporary, but just cut that, and leave the rest to grow, and become a sexy beast.

They view obesity as a that, because it can actually hurt or kill someone. This is your mind making you do this. Overcome it, and live a great sexy life

Most girls like hairy guys to be honest dude.

I wish I could gain some more body hair. There is always waxing, or you can get an electric razer to shave your face in seconds. People with lots of hair can also shave cool designs into the hair.

Theres tons of upsides to it.

Plus girls love muscular hairy guys, so work out some.

i honestly dont think you could be that hairy. anyways, if you wanna take me seriously, you can probably find forums and stuff of girls that love hairy guys.
