Being a private fitness consultant the best way to rid ourselves of obesity is to exercise everyday.
All this means is EVERYONE walk at least 30 minutes everyday at a moderate rate (3-3.5 mph)
EAT SLOWER! Pausing at least 45 seconds in between each and every bite of food or drink.
GUARANTEED to lose weight. BE Full, and Satisfied.
MODERATION is the KEY word.
Never say I will never eat that again. ( you have just set yourself up for failure) Instead of half that cake , only eat 1 piece.
Instead of the whole bag of chips , only eat a small handful.
EAT SENSIBLY!
